How often have you walked into an African restaurant and had trouble knowing exactly things to order? How often times have you had to stay for food that has been less than optimal? (in other words...inauthentic.)

Now, let me ask you this: When was the final time your heart danced with joy from the excitement of tasting delicious and authentic food made out of love?

I wrote The Art of Fufu because I wanted everyone to see what I have already been fortunate to enjoy my very existence: authentic West African food. My goal was to generate both a handy reference (with easy pronunciation cues) and a wealthy context around The Art of Fufu probably the most cherished food staples in West Africa.

The Art of Fufu goes on a journey through the many techniques, traditions, and recipes which have made fufu a must-try dish for foodies across the world.

Inspired by generations of passion and expertise, The Art of Fufu is far from your average cookbook. In this first-of-its-kind guide to any or all things fufu, Grubido guides you through mouthwatering recipes, going beyond the steps and ingredients to explore the deep traditions that produce these dishes so special.

While The Art of Fufu is completely written, we still involve some work to do. In order to reach The Art of Fufu our goal and bring the joy of fufu to the masses, we truly need at the very least $25,000 to cover the countless costs associated with publication, including: design, printing, distribution, and more.
